Rainbow Loom Night at Capitol View

Capitol View Elementary decided to motivate students and families by turning the hottest trend around into a learning experience. Tonight all third, fourth and fifth grade students, along with their families, were invited to the school to become Rainbow Loom Engineers! A total of 205 people attended the event. Students worked through math problems, and read step-by-step directions on how to create a bracelet. Each student received their very own Rainbow Loom Kit. A lot of patience, persistence, fine motor skills, and creativity were demonstrated by all students! The staff was thrilled to see the parents and students working so diligently together.

Here Skyler Nelson works hard on a unique creation.
